SPi-V cylindered

Description

The cylindered viewer 'unfolds' any panoramic scene into a flat cylindrical panorama, even if the panoramic source material is not cylindrical. The displayed image wraps from left to right. Panning the image only slides the cylinder, but tilting the camera will show the effect of taking a cylindrical panorama on an off-level tripod.

How to use

Embedding the splitscreen viewer in HTML is similar to the normal viewer, see the included HTML file in the download. The cylindered viewer accepts both panoramic images in simple mode and XML files.

Limitations

Using metering and/or hotspots leads to unexpected results
